Due to the nature of digitally delivered products, all purchases made on genshinbay.com are final. Once a product has been delivered, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please do not bind the account to your personal email, change the password, spend any resources or gems, make in-game purchases, delete items, change account settings, or otherwise modify the account before confirming that everything is correct.
Once the account has been bound to your personal email, the password has been changed, resources or gems have been used, or any other changes have been made to the account, the product will be considered accepted by the customer. In this case, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
